Paying down your mortgage faster makes a lot of sense. I know it's not the same but I have a friend that used to make double payments on his car loan which also helps. Hey, I'm coming up on five years with you as a subscriber. I found your video when I was going to a hiring event with Southwest as a FA. I didn't get the job but I learned from your videos. They walked me out of the interview at the end and although I thought the interview went well, I guess they didn't. Oh, well. It was just nice to be invited to the party.

Good for you paying extra on the principal on your home! I’ve always had a dream of paying my mortgage off one day! I’m selling my house this summer. I hope to make a good profit because I built it 23 yrs ago. However, I will be paying a small fortune for a condo because prices are outrageous these days. Living on a resort island doesn’t help either! I will again have a mortgage!

Omg it was you! Long time watcher, first time commenting. I was at the same hotel. I was in the little waiting area when i saw you catching the elevator. Crew from your airline was arriving at all hours and funny thing is i thought to myself what if i run into Steven. Im also a flight attendant. Steven, have you tried VR yet? HIGHLY recommend it! I'm not a huge gamer but I'm literally obsessed with VR. I'm playing Asgard's Wrath 2 now. Not into that kind of game normally but it's probably the best VR game I've ever played (except for Half Life Alyx). I sweat my ass off and burn calories too so I don't feel guilting gaming! You can get a Quest 2 pretty cheap these days. The 3 is better but I only have the 2 and it's still amazing. I keep meaning to ask you/reccomend it and seeing you play your game finally reminded me to type the comment lol. I think your love of rollercoasters and your time in the air would help you not feel the motion sickness some people feel. Seriously, VR gaming is amazing!
