There are pieces of "chest armor" you can wear that actually expose the chest (Gravekeeper Cloak, Rotten Gravekeeper Cloak), including almost fully (Ascetic's Loincloth). Useful for a little extra protection when trying for a look of this type.

Another weird and out there build idea: Ötzi the iceman. Simply make your character look like a caveman, use the fur set and red bear headpiece (irl Ötzi had a cap made of bear fur so that's as close as you'll get), either a smaller axe or the warpick as main weapon (with Braggards roar on and maybe frostbite), Cinquedia or bloodstained dagger as secondary weapon, a regular longbow or shortbow with only self crafted arrows and as many edible comsumables as possible for every situation imaginable. (Also, lot's of endurance would fit as well)

If you want armor, You can do a King Conan. Chainmail and some kind of crown, or a horned helmet/headgear like the Great Horned Headband. Or; the armor worn by horse riders carrying the dismounter curved swords, one of those giant gladiator axes and a round shield.
