One of my customers wanted a white GS3 and Mazzer mini so I went ahead and sent all the parts to powder coating and liquid paint, turned out well don't you think?

Is the GS3 MP version latest or the AV version? Bit of confusion there. And also which one is better? Is it the same price range? Which one sale the Most? Linea mini or GS3MP or GS3AV. Which one should I pick just for home use Only. Your comments would be really appreciated.

Thats a lot of different questions. The one in this video is the AV, not the latest model. The best selling machine is the Line Mini for it's lower price point and good value for money, to my opinion. It really depends on your personal preference, I would go with a GS3 MP or Line Mini. I have a question I have the same machine... I put the steamer on 126 c I like to know how much you put the steamer thank you very much

It usually set to 2 bars of pressure by default from LM. usually 259F- 265 F is a good place to start and then you can see what is the pressure on the gauge. Hope this helps!

36 seconds is abit too much. Try to aim for 25-30 seconds for 1:2 ratio

36 is long but still in range.

@@ozespresso yes ofcoarse, coffee extraction time is very flexible. One should always start from 25 seconds and increase or decrease as he sees fit for him.
