hi cresent shay, you are probably working on a project but if you get around and have free time for a new project i thought it might be fun to make a dress with enamel pins or be able to wear something that had enough layers so the pins are comfortable. (also i am sorry if im being rude and you dont have to do this idea it was just a thought, also i love this veido it was so fun and creative and inspires me to try new ideas like this.)

If you want that "fuzzy" look of the actual dandelions, you could always grab some white feathers & glue just a couple 2-3 to the insides of each flower. Just enough to give you that light fluffy effect. Xo

Hey hand spinner and cosplay lover here, for anyone wanting to do this in the future, instead of un-making yarn you could use raw fiber used to spin yarn, like wool roving, silk or bamboo/rayon fibers. You would be skipping the whole cutting/brushing/straightening process and save yourself alot of wrist pain from the brush. I think it would make it about half as tedious maybe

You not the only one who puts down a project and get back to it after a couple of years. I've got some novels that I've been working on\off for 3-4 years. Glad you finally got this one done. IF I had any complaints, it is the top of the skirt needs a little covering up so the wires don't show. It is good to see you again and hope things are going well outside of the projects.

Love it! Another KZbinr does something where she times how long it takes to do 1 (or like 5) of what she is doing, and then calculates out how long it would take her if she did that technique for all of them. It can help with either deciding to use a less time-consuming technique (maybe a cost-benefit analysis of time vs. quality) and also for her to know when to call in the help of a friend! Love that you often choose not to compromise quality even if it's really time-consuming, but it made me a little sad to see how burnt out, bored, and defeated you looked in some of the timelapses of this one. Take care of yourself so you can create and share for the long haul ❤️

Amazing! The dedication, getting back after so long! Only the story itself is amazing, but the fact that you have a video of everything? All usable footage? It is almost too perfect. The process is very fun to watch and I LOVE the result. Have you seen the dandelion lamps by Drift? They harvest actual dandelions to make theirs because they are so tricky to recreate. Respect!

I love the final results! I think dandelions are beautiful, the way that they are fluffy, and how they’re associated with making wishes when you blow the seeds away, even though that’s not necessarily true. Anyways, I think a cosmo dress would be cool! No, not the sky, the flowers called cosmos. I picked out those flowers with my mom, and they grew very well! Sad thing is, they grow very quickly and very tall, so it hogs sunlight from the other flowers and makes getting rid of weeds impossible. Oh and did I mention that cosmos produce seeds? We’re gonna probably pull out any cosmos that grow and put them into an isolated pot where they won’t blow into the flowerbed.
