Stunning recipes, love the format. Relaxing, yet full of great content. My ONLY criticism would be to have a written recipe, or at least a list of ingredients in the description for us to following along at home. Also metric please, most of the world has no idea about pounds, ounces or arbitrary "tablespoons".
