@@modauth why not something simple like, a wolf pack is hunting in the Forrest when 1 finds a lost kid at the edge of a fall, trying not to scare him (also doesnt know what it is) he slowely approaches, the kid scared by this point (as he also doen't know what the other is) retreats and backs off tripping over the edge, the wolf lunges grabbing the kids sleeve stopping him from the fall, when the struggling kid notices a party of his kind wandering off and tries to reach out to them, the wolf notices the same from his corner eye and knows his pack is getting farther away, but despite he struggles with the kid finally pulling him up w a combines effort, the kid mutters something ineligible to his ears and smiles before running off to regroup w his family, meanwhile the wolfs is nowhere to be found (hunting in far different areas). simple if not cheesy idea like a Disney movie, but it has slight poetic irony, to get the kid back to his family he looses his, actully kind of like ice age but w a sad end instead, Ps: sorry for long comment
