What you needed is a pizza roll sabot. Wouldn't be too hard to design one for a 3d printer. One that's split in half so it breaks away as soon as its out of the barrel.

Get some pvc pipes that are the perfect width for the cheese balls and block off one end, then fill them with cheese balls and make an attachment to the leaf blower so you can put in and remove the pipes, that way you have reloadable cheese ball magazines

Would've been better if the capsule was more slanted towards the exit point instead of being a perfect 90 degree angle to the barrel. If you let them slide forwards instead of falling downwards, the added inertia can help the leafblower a lot.
