Aw I like this idea! Sadly I don’t have GT or GTW but I’m thinking of getting GTW eventually to be able to make retail businesses for making pet shops, rescue shelters etc etc :) (and the live careers too they look hella fun)

To let someone immediately adopt a dog: 1 click on the dog 2 choose MC command center 3 klick on sims commands (second option on menu) 4 scroll all way down choose the last option adopt of pet. 5 select the person you want to adopt the pet. And press OK LET ME KNOW IF IT WORKS 💪 😃

You can take and sell photos instead of paintings but I’m not sure if the prices would be a lot lower this way.

Retail! You can set the paintings of the pet as the item for sale and "pretend" you sell the pet with it

You can do residential so you can live on it or you can do a retail lot and purchase it to "go to work." There's also an Animal Shelter Lot Trait By KiaraSims4
