when ludus really build blueprints from a prompt. thats gonna be a total game changer. All this you showed is very good to prototype ideas someone might have. I cannot wait to see more about this.

Hi bro , you inspired so and motivated me soo much about game development that I had to start learning unreal engine and I too am making a souls like game but my idea is like mythological stories based on Indian Mythology I also planned to open a channel to upload my experiences and my progress all because of you . Bro you are really a great inspiration for me , btw love from India ❤❤❤

My question is this: how much will this AI tool take best practice into account when creating its blueprint logic? For example, using interfaces instead of casting in some scenarios, or not having heavy logic on tick? How will it be able to determine things like when to cast vs when to use interfaces, and how will it be able to determine what architecture and design patterns to use when building specific systems, ensuring readability, maintainability and modularity?

Hi, with AI tools like Ludus becoming more powerful, I'm really curious-how do you see the balance between automation and human creativity in game development? Do you think AI could ever assist with emotional storytelling and narrative design, or are those aspects of game creation something that will always need a human touch?

I'm wondering about copyright issues, particularly when using AI models to generate textures for a commercial product that actually starts making money. So far, I've noticed that a partial solution is to use tools that have their own licenses and are backed by commercial entities profiting from them, but is that enough? Would you dare to sell a game with assets generated using, (for example) a locally run Stable Diffusion model?

Question for the LudusAI team, can I utilize the ChatGPT OpenAI API to leverage their best model and have it integrated into the Ludus system? This would be so if their LLM is potentially better than the one being leveraged by default. Also would future proof the system to be used with better LLMs. Maybe even allowing us to leverage our own local LLM would be nice. The NVIDIA DIGITS is coming out soon and will allow users and small studios to have their own in house LLM which you could then integrate into the Ludus AI system.

can someone start a game project from scratch and zero experience by starting with a.i. tools? in a context of action and combat game or does that go a bit too far. i kinda wanted to try that as a personal project.

Any thoughts on the optimization of models generated by AI? It seems that all models are highly over-polygonized. I'm wondering how much pressure on hardware a game with AI-generated assets (larger than a tech demo) could cause.

amazing video, very informative i was looking into ways i can use ludus ai in my games but there isn't not enough videos and documentations so if i can get the answer for this i would appreciate it, how does it(ludus) address challenges like creative control and scalability in game design (also what is the future for it in areas like ai, optimizing vast environments, optimizing performance etc)? thanks

Does the AI have the capability to learn from user interactions and improve over time? What datasets were used to train the AI models, and how does that influence the plugin's outputs? Is the plugin compatible with other AI tools or middleware that developers might be using?

This is amazing, and I hope a mob of people don’t come to hate on you , because this topic is very controversial. But I think Ai will be great for gamers, and I want it to evolve purely for selfish reasons, hopefully it doesn’t mean a dip in quality of games, but we’ve seen that regardless of Ai honestly, and right now maybe it’s just what we need, the amount of games will go up, and the way people think genres like hero shooters are in a drought, will be laughable when we look back, because there’s 50 of them and each one has a different take on the genre, I think we’ve seen this already in the Steam shop, where let’s say 8 years ago there wasn’t as many games as there is today, and that’s mainly because of Indie devs and small teams making the games that people want, and that was through a lot of automated tools and just enhancements to game engines. Now I see Ai as a semantic tool, I kinda studied this at university, but it’s a tool that has context awareness, especially with things like AGi coming or apparently we’re there, I think the future won’t be AGi, but maybe before we reach there each industry will have their own set of evolving AI tools, a couple for audio stuff like Dialogue, narration, sfx, music and even characters, another could assist in story telling and narrative design where it helps the writer be more consistent and allow let for mistakes, and maybe suggest solutions to mistakes when it comes to creating a story, another set would be similar to what you used, which is what Ai currently excels at the most due to its nature, which is coding, I think it will be expanded to be in the code/blueprint editors that coders use kinda like the Ludus Ai stuff you showed, this will become improved and will remember more conversations for each project, it would be like a full person on the team that just knows everything and can edit things for you efficiently, and then model making from images, which is crazy that it even works, but this sounds like it could make open asset libraries insanely large, with the best curated ones. The main problem is the ‘stealing’ accusations, and in a world where no one agrees with anything, I think the controversy will keep on going, but because Ai is semantic, there should be an Ai checker that is used to check whether the learning data of these LLMs have any copyright infringement, I think it could be legislated eventually, and maybe a universal standard is needed for this to keep LLM training in check, because the theft shouldn’t be on the user of Ai (eventually not now, now you’re well aware that this is using data its not supposed to), but when we get there rights infringements should be on the LLM maker and not on the person using them, making it free reign for everyone, or the Ai companies go bankrupt and we lose access to most of them, but I am just one dude coping that Ai will have a bright future, I mean universally we can’t decide on one power socket design so who says we can do that for Ai verification. Amazing video and I am excited for your future projects, the only concern is that I personally started to hate UE5, especially in multiplayer games, but if your game is single player I wouldn’t mind, just keep hacking at it, and I hope you have a successful release and expand thereafter.
