The amount of joy I felt when I saw you gave her the traditional Manchu platform shoes. I've just finished watching Ruyi's Royal Love in the Palace for the fifth time as I've grown to absolutely adore the Qing dynasty fashion of imperial noble women/consorts. I'd love to see you one day maybe take on making a doll with Qing clothing along with their elaborate hairstyle/hair accessories.

Watch The Legend of Yanxi Palace too. I feel their costumes were more accurate to the time period of Qianlong (the most accurate is the hairstyle that the main character sports when she first becomes a concubine). I'm happy that she decided to do some hanfu, I feel like a lot of times when the topic of Chinese traditional clothes come up, everyone just thinks of red Qipao or Qifu. This is more unique. I also wouldn't mind if she explored other ethnicities' traditional dress. There are about 56 different ethnic groups in China. It's too bad that everyone thinks Chinese people just have one ethnic background.

I love the black eyes to. At first I though it might look a bit to creepy for a goddess doll but it’s so subtle and it blends with the eye makeup so well it makes her eyes look magical 😍

Oh my gosh! she’s absolutely Exquisite ,those eyes are so pretty with the grey hair. I love the outfit ,it’s very detailed and layered . Dads contribution has been a bonus too so I hope he got a big hug .. I don’t think people realise how long it actually takes to make an art doll like this look like this.The outfit alone would have taken many hours,the planning and printing and applying the prints also take many hours too as well as the shoe painting and assembly. But no one realises that none of this can be done without years of practice and improving your skills. So Thank you for all your hard work and the love you put into your beautiful dolls. Oh my Gods! She is incredible! I love everything about her, but especially the color pallet. The splashes of black really help balance everything so beautifully. I wasn't too sure about the eyes until I saw the final reveal, and they really add to the overall look- particularly the black scleras.

You should make a custom doll using one of Disney's 32 inch Playdate dolls! They make Moana, Ariel, Tiana, Elsa, and Rapunzel, which I believe each have different sculpts, so picking a body type could be fun! They're pretty decently articulated too!

I love the route you chose for her design. I have been on chinese opera tiktok for a while and while normally it is just for the ASMR aspect with applying the hair and removing the costume, I still adore the entire creation a single costume becomes when fully constructed and styled.
