The $694.49 is just for the blank doll, correct? As someone who wants to start customizing dolls and knows absolutely nothing about custom ordering BJD's, I'm not sure why the doll is so expensive. Is it because of the work needed for the alien eye slots? Or is there more work put into the process of making the different skin tones? I am absolutely sure that the doll is worth the price and I don't mean to offend. I am just confused at the high price tag.

@@turtlnickel 700$$ is a reasonable price for a BJD of her size, especially from a (in the bjd creator community) smaller creator. BJDs are hella expensive. One of mine, Maomao, was about 200$$ a decade ago. and she's only 7.5in tall.

Ahhhh, I spent a year at high school in Tokyo in the early 00s and I spent EVERY Sunday in game centers, admiring the SentaaGais and Gyarus around. They were all so creative and out there and unashamed!!! I admired them all so much!

I've never really thought much about gyaru fashion, but I think it's so cool that it's a form of rebellion! Nova turned out space-tacular! The little overdrawn droopy eyes turned out really endearing! If I had her outfit, I'm not sure I would ever change! And that wig! Wow! I'm not even a big fan of neon green or blunt bangs, but my two favorite wigs from you have those features now (the other is Oracle's)! Fantastic job on her!

The production of the prototypes was extremely pricy which is why I had to limit myself with the production. I will add a deeper skin tone to the pre order.

The doll turned out really neat! Wish the skin tones had more actual natural tone color variety... especially since the dark tone wasn't very dark at all, and was only a few shades different than the white tone, plus it seemed a bit washed out. Hell, the more "alien" colors, counting the red one, were darker than that one, especially when said dark tone was named "Midnight" :/
