Dude I do this on a semi monthly basis it really really helps you relax it helps me sleep better takes anxiety away and has significantly lowered my blood pressure plus you absorb minerals from the epsoms it does wonders for your skin but you better put a small amount of vasiline around your corn hole and your pee hole or it LL burn like fire and also any shaving or cuts will burn like noones business haha
