I opened 1226 Glorious chests after saving royal coins since the artifact update on my f2p account. I made rank 2 and could only get the Radiant Savior. I also now have 40 shards of Phoenix Feather. I see nothing wrong with patient F2P ranking higher than deep pocketed accounts during the artifact events.
