Great work, but honestly, Food safe filament and nozzles don't really help make 3d prints any more food safe due to the fact that the 3d printing process itself introduces its own risks, the grease that the machine uses to keep itself all oiled up and to push the filament through the extruder is not safe for food contact and the addtive manufacturing process creates gaps between the layers no mater how high you set your resolution, these gaps are ideal for microbial growth The only real way to protect a 3d print is to add the food safe coat all around it just as you did

Fun fact. Shuckle had the very first hability in pokemon. In second gen when shuckle carried a number of steps, the item changed for berry juice. It wasn't practical, but it was awesome.
