Fleur Fantasia is probably my most used quad and you inspired me to use it again. I’d forgotten how good it is. Try it with blue blood for depth. Or blue eyeliner and mascara (the Star Wars blue). I’m very fair and love that peach as a blush as well. I saw your short with the quad. It was chefs kiss!

I may be the founder and sole member of the coalition for justice for fleur fantasia but I now see in these comments that I was never alone. I think of Lavender Blue as an "electric" pastel cause it has that electricity to it, that brightness that makes it a bit more than just a standard pastel and I think it makes it more friendly to more skin tones/depths.

I pair Fleur Fantasia with the mattes in the Glamlite Birthday Cake palette just because I have it and it has some purples/pinks/maroons that pair really well.

You are absolutely right, and why Lavender Blue is impactful, but still ethereal. I’m happy to have revisited Fleur Fantasia, because it is truly one of the brand’s best quads!

Oh my Goodness! Its been a tough week and I've settled down with my matcha latte to catch up on Alicia's vidgeo. When I tell you I screamed when she mentioned me... there are dogs howing in the neighbourhood!! 🥲😂😂😂 Thank you so much Alicia for giving Fleur Fantasia some much deserved love. I've been banging that drum on t'internet streets on what felt like deaf ears since that palette came out! It was the palette that really made me trust Pat - she knows what the hell she's doing and will never let melanin rich enthusiasts fall by the wayside. You really do have to try it if you can. Lotus Paradise layers so beautifully and Iridescent Orchid on the lips under gloss is that last OMG impact! This video hit so many great points about placement, coverage and brush use. Love it! Another banging video 🥰

Awe Full Scream Ahead on your right hand looks awesome - it's blue, it's turquoise, it's pink, it's purple, it's pearl! It's a rainbow 🌈 Good point you make regarding using a more robust brush to secure more opaqueness on the eye, and a more fluffy one for a wash of a shade to build upon or blend into each other... I have a few brushes now, but I'm still learning which to use for what :) Great video thanks Alicia 💗

I don't know why pastels are explicitly exclusive to Easter or spring time. In countries where it's cold most of the time. Many places, especially the sky are pastels. The amount of snow desaturates the color spectrum. So this Quad for my understanding is absolutely on point.

You’re right, and I blame my own myopic view on pastels. They can be worn at anytime, and don’t have to be pigeon holed. And now I’m more open to incorporating pastels to every day looks!

Fluer Fantasia is possibly my favourite and most used of all my quads. I use the purple a lot as an inner corner moment and it glows in a way nothing else does (it works so beautifully with neutral and more cooler looks). It always signals spring to me and a complete abnormally to everything PML as produced. Thanks Alicia.

Thank you for doing these “revisiting” videos. We spend a lot of money on palettes and then never hit pan! I’m on a “low to no” buy this year because I have so much makeup. And totally agree with your opinion about Pat’s mattes: the right brush matters!

I regret not picking up Risqué Rose. I bought the other two quads (my fave from the collection is Fleur Fantasia), but I didn’t care for more pinks, which is in part why I skipped Risqué Rose (the other reason being trying to have some restraint with makeup purchases). Anyway, missing out on Lavendering torments me to this day! 😂😭 Now, looking at your looks, I’m also realizing that Rose Rebellion looks beautiful… I wish this quad would come back, or at the very least, that Lavendering would be repromoted in a new collection.

Fleur Fantasia is one of my favorites! I always thought everyone was sleeping on it, but I’m fair-skinned, so wasn’t sure how it performed on darker-skinned tones. Fleur fantasia is Huetopian Dream lite!😂 Risque rose is tops just because of lavendaring alone. And eternal eden is my go-to for a quick and pretty look. I have 2 of them😅!!!

Fleur Fantasia is still one of my fav!! Clearly I’m a rebel who loves the underdogs cause it pairs beautifully for more depth with (my only) Mothership Huetopian Dream. I also pair this quad with the mini palette Midnight Voyage. Eternal Eden is in my everyday rotation with a deep Red lipstick and Desert Orchid blush. I chuckled when you mentioned the pan size I’ve refused to buy a quad since 😅 the 30mm just looks better imo.

I actually just got my Risque Rose and I think it pairs beautifully with Fleur Fantasia. One provides the depth, while the other brings in the ethereal. I've experimented only on my hand as of now, but I'm gonna try placing Lavendering over Lavender Blue for that extra punch of sparkle. Both palettes together form a beautiful ensemble

Eternal Eden is definitely the weakest - it’s so rabbit-y. I’m fair and it doesn’t work; it did the least on your complexion than any of the others, and I think it wouldn’t be better on darker skin tones either. The Risqué Rose pinks looked fantastic on you! Agree with your rankings more or less, except FF is even higher up for me - top five for sure.
