It's because it's a huge waste of matches, which are very good sources of heat and light and are very valuable for the less fortunate. However, I have learned that a lot of people on the internet don't care about poor people so I've given up fighting for it. -not you though, I don't know.-

it's a waste of money, time .. and the fire from the matches released idk a bad kind of gas (CO2 I guess) to the air so it's bad for the environment. I bet the creator feels nothing about this race 1 or 2 days after.. it just.. not satisfying to waste your time putting it all together, sit there to pretend you're enjoying it and then inhaling the bad smell gas then trash the whole things up..
