I was so glad to catch this today--I'm planning to remodel my hospital and was in desperate need of inspiration. I love your build! Mine, currently, is overfull, a bit chaotic, and hard to navigate. I used all the science-y stuff, like the cold sleep pod and everything, so it looks more "evil scientist" than hospital! Most of my builds are overfull, really, I always want to use EVERYTHING and then make a mess. LOL I love how clean but still cozy and welcoming your hospital is. Inspiration for sure :)

Oh you can unlock an upstairs in the hospital as well that acts as a ward so you know :) You just have to donate poki to the receptionist.

Your receptionist is Olivia, not Monique. My hospital has a similar vibe. Although later I unlocked an upstairs for a patient ward (spoilers!), so then I redid the examination room. I like your idea of making one side of the entrance room the office / reception area.
