there are actually 3 cows. 2 in game and 1 who was never put in. When there is a thunderstorm in minecraft, you can use an trident that is enchanted with channeling on a red mooshroom and a brown mooshroom but you have to throw the trident to work. PC users, hold the left click down to draw the trident back and then let go to throw it. Mobile users, hold a finger down on the screen to draw the trident back and then lift your finger to throw it. Make sure the trident is enchanted with channeling or the lightning won’t strike where the trident lands
