Because that is real moss, it will end up shriveling up due to dehydration. If you want to, spray his back with a little bit of water to prolong the life of the moss.

Looks soooo adorable!!!!! A tip working with live moss/plants with stuffed sculptures glue down a layer of plastic where youll put the live moss/plants so you can mist the moss/plants so they dont die and the plastic keeps the sculpture from getting wet and developing mold/mildew

Oh, THIS would be such a neat idea for seasonal dolls! All the different tiny flowers and whatnot we can find in nature during different seasons and in different climates would definitely make these guys lovely decorator pieces in a home~.
