The thing that's kept dayz alive for so 10 years is the ability for people to mod whatever they like into the game and create amazing experiences using dayz as the base. A lot of people best experiences on DayZ have been these crazy experiences like the dino maps or banov with aliens. Nobodies forcing you to play, but it's all still dayz
