I feel you, when I have a random idea I just open LABS, draw the main idea, draw chords, draw a higher octave melody, and draw a bass line, all on LABS, then simple drums and I have the idea ready in like 20 minutes, if I like it I work it all the way but using it for the temp idea feels SO MUCH BETTER than FL keys

No you should switch from fl to live 10 . I was an hardcore fl studio user for 8 years And I recently switched to live 10 3 years ago and I haven’t regretted a thing . Ableton is a lot more productive and i promise you won’t look back once you get used to it .
