I like the painterly effect. It takes the futuristic image to a more classical/antique space. I agree with Deepak Kumar on the Blender tutorials. Blender is a really amazing program, but the interface is picky and challenging to navigate for the beginner. I have used it for photo manipulation and stuff before, but have only recently come to understand what an incredible 3D tool it is! But I know nothing about it. Time to get familiar! Love your tutorials. Great inspiration!

Once again I find myself really wanting to see this whole process demonstrated in real time! It really does make learning techniques so much easier than trying to slow a video down to see how you do something. Please will you focus more on those kinds of tutorials as they really ARE what I have seen you do best and they making learning your methods so much straight forward. Maybe even full length (start to finish of the ENTIRE process) livestreams would be an idea. Anyway, thank you so much for your continued efforts to teach us new things. :)

As far as the painting affect goes, I like the juxtaposition of the almost renaissance style against the sci-fi world. It's different, but I like it. My only issue with this manipulation is the building on the left. It looks like it's part of this world, but it doesn't look real enough. The entire building looks CGI and missing something to make it believable.
