I've watched a ton of "this is how to make it look like a real painting" videos recently, hunting for the right technique for a project I'm working on. Some of them were okay but ultimately they still looked like filters to me, stuff that I would see and instinctively think, "that's Photoshop." I'd almost given up. Then KZbin suggested this video and wow, I'm staring at the final image as I type this and it truly looks like a painting. If I saw this out of context, I'd think it was an actual painting that someone took a photo of. Really, really well done. I am super excited to use this. Thank you!

Cool tutorial. I think that is the best convert photo to painting I've scene. Every other one I've watched tries to insert too much control over the outcome so they're all much more complicated and take a lot more time. Thanks for this, it was very helpful.

I have to say I'm completely hooked on your tutorials. To the point, perfectly presented and easy to follow - with mindblowing results and the end.
