Squilla was my introduction to souls no-hit runs as well, and while I don't participate in the no-hit community myself, watching them helped me learn a lot of tricks that have really helped me. I honestly don't know if I would have stuck with the Souls series if I hadn't found the challenge/speedrun community around fromsoft games.

It is worth mentioning that you condense your runs down for KZbin. It makes it so much easier to consume compared to a 6 hour stream. The editing is good: shows us important items, fun little updates on your checklist, and cutting down on "boring" footage. All of these are factors as to why youtube is a more popular platform; you are able to deliver a better, more refined product to us here.

pre-nerf radahn was a huge boogyman because of his damage output making it that much harder to learn the fight and his moves. Players didn't know you could cancel his ranged mode yet, or it wasn't wide spread, and many people were getting one shot or OTD by any of his arrow attacks. This was also hurt by people thinking that ds3 vigor progression was still the same for ER I felt like they hit his damage a bit too much but it was a more that he was overly punishing for the players that didn't know his fight

@GinoMachino I know this video is super old, but I think another no hit run that would be pretty cool is for you to actually get Asmongold (or some other streamer, hell maybe kai cenat) to NO HIT elden ring. It would require you to draft up a super solid no hit run path that you could teach one of them to run easily. Would be pretty dope to see a video like this because it would help a lot of no hit run noobs (like me) learn some of the basics.

@@Vengeance_I_m Yeah this, I think it requires doing Yura's questline which involves a few NPC invaders which just adds unneeded strain for a no-hit run, especially Eleonora who is very aggressive, ALSO it would be a slot wasted on a crystal tear that is not necessary for him to use or need in this case that could go to something that would help with stat boosting, damage, etc.

The worst thing about the godskin duo is the input reading. Not necessarily for flasks, but when you manage to get them into a good position to use something like vacuum slice or some other aoe with a wonky hit box, like the aow from wing of astel, skinny always manages to dodge it, at least to some extent. It sucks

29:20 It's been two full years since this game has released and people are still spreading this myth. Radahn was *never* intentionally made easier by FromSoftware, and he wasn't actually harder or more aggressive at launch. The only thing that made him more "difficult" in early releases of the game were two fold: a) people fighting him at a really low level during their first playthroughs, and b) his hitboxes could occasionally be a bit janky. These janky aspects of him at launch were mistakes and not a part of his actual design. FromSoftware then released a patch that fixed those hitboxes, but because game code is so complex and intertwined, this patch had an unintended consequence and bug of making his attacks deal slightly less damage and made certain parts of his moveset occur less frequently. FromSoft then noticed this unintentional change and released yet another patch to *restore* Radahn back to his original balance, making him effectively the same level of difficulty as he was before the unintentional "nerf". People online only say Radahn is easier now because they know his moveset better on subsequent runs and also understand how to actually optimize their builds, which makes *all* of the bosses in the game easier, not just Radahn. There's this weird subsect of ER players that unironically believe "pre-nerf Radahn" actually existed and wear it like some fucking prententious badge of honor that they beat him before these patches. Their probably the same people that will only spam "git gud" if you politely ask for advice on a difficult part of the game. People like this make me fucking mald, man.

Okay i feel like i am on hard mode whit my katanas nagkiba and moonveil made naga cold so i have 90 cold and 80 bleed build up 38 plus 45 bleed but it seems bleed barely procs i tought hmm this should be cool first proc frost and then more dmg whit bleed proc but bleed never procs oh i have no trouble whit the game but when i see ure vids i am like wtf is this bs were they getting this dmg from ?
