Maybe reason for the subway being inaccurate is because it wasn't planned to be one. Maybe it was originally planned to have a different use but they figured that a railway would be more convenient and so they changed it up but couldn't be bothered to rebuild the entire tunnel system. Also it doesn't require rails since they actually rode in this mascot and it is capable of moving on normal ground.

Okay listen,I think after chapter two you wake up in a different place. You open a door but subway bob runs out. Then at the end of the Chase you get on a ship. Then you see a scary ship .The name is ( you name it) then you find a gun. You shot the ship with the gun.The ship will sink.then you find land then go through a door.( the chapter ends)
