Not sure if you will read this but I hope you will! Instead of pressing drift+direction at the same time, press the drift button and then after you land press the direction. This helps build mini turbos faster and allow for better turns, this is hard to get used to but allows for much faster laps! Hopes this helps you not suck at Mario kart!

tip: mario kart is distance based. so if you get first and go to far the bots will get the blue shell ALLOT more. if you stay close they wil not get it as often
