The creator of this game does not want to make it available to everyone under the pretext of Nintendo's rights. For almost ten years, the game has only been accessible to a select few betatesters and under strict conditions. If Nintendo's rights were truly the reason, it would have been possible to release the game with some of the costumed themes made by fans which Nintendo holds no rights . However, the excuse is obvious, and the creator just wants to keep the game closed for unknown reasons.

...Actually your level just gave me a great/terriblew/terrifying level idea I'm just going to gentle offer... Make coin enemies. Some chasey, some not. Make a Coin-Coin boss, maybe a 50 Coincoin. All the enemies and visible coins want to kill you, but, the power ups are safe and bonking bricks or ? blocks can result in good coins, bercause there was a Chaos Coin Invasion and they all hid from the Evil Coins!...
