Imagine if Bowser with the ice flower was like, Bowser but with an extra layer of skin/armor that's blue colored (Instead of losing his skin and turning into Dry Bowser, he receives another layer of skin instead), The mega mushroom power up would be, yknow, giant bowser, but he has a darker colour and the final boss music of yoshi's island plays.

To me, Sonic Boll feels like one of those games that doesn't take itself too seriously and is asking to be turned into a completely different side-scrolling platformer. You can customize the textures, the level layout, the characters themselves, and even the background music. I hope this game continues to grow.

Basically, to make Luigi scream "Help!", they replaced the jingle when you get points from hitting the shell... which then seems to obviously make it repeat with a higher pitch when it combos into other enemies... But interestingly enough, it also seem tp replace the combo point noises from Bowser having a star, even though it doesn't replace it when Bowser just makes multiple bounces off enemies!

I'm surprised Nintendo hasn't done more with this concept. The only thing we got was a few very short levels in Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door. Bowser eats a chunk of meat to grow and the second one is like a mega mushroom where you can destroy everything for a little while. Though I guess Super Paper Mario kinda has this feel too especially in the first chapter.

In this he used inspiration from the NES Mario games for the levels. note: With each castle defeated in this one, Birdo apparently gains some abilities. such as Jump walls. and her little fire changes to a little egg it seems. and it has secret stages in some houses where you can buy things you can do after activating the Switches. and. The Epic Quest Of Birdo The Vampire Subcon Journey. This one is more difficult. Although. There are castles that she has a pair of wings
