I love Chicken Taquitos. I like to add diced green chiles from the can ( they have a little bit of sauce in the can) and jack cheese with the chicken. Then after they’re done frying I love to dip them in sour cream and guacamole…

I remember a restaurant that closed over a decade ago called Mission Trujillo southwest of Denver and they had an appetizer they called flautas. Mexican seasoned steak wrapped in a corn tortilla cut about 1 inch long, pan or deep fried. They were absolutely delicious.
