It's kinda dumb that you get 3 chemistry if you have 7 players from the same club since by having 4 players from the same club you will automatically have them all from the same league too, which puts them to full chem anyway.

I like the change but think it needs some tweaking. For example the barrier for 1 chem from league should be 2 players. That way a perfect link would give 3 chem. The current system makes hybrids too challenging imo compared to the previous version

Ovvy as much as I craved for new changes... I believe this new chemistry system will only limit squad building. Yes, all players have all their base stats at their worst but we will play with sub 33 chem throughout the year

this chem system plus the nerfing of most gold cards leads only to 1 outcome.... meta card chasing (especially specials). since there is no negative effect on stats the only outcome is for u to get as many suped up cards with high base stats as possible. its all about getting ppl to spend more chasing big cards. in terms of sbcs it's horrible trying to build teams with 26+ chem

I think this new system is an upgrade. Now you don't don't have connect your players next to each other, opening up for more builds. As long as anyone on the pitch meets one of three criteria, you get a bump+ more for each met.

Does chemistry apply to players who you bring in as substitutes ? Say I bring in a player in half time a bundesliga player to my premier league based time will he have full chemistry or 0 when he gets substituted to my team ?

You'll build a team, EA will drop an SBC and to get him in you'll need to rebuild EVERYTHING to get everyone on chem. This will suck so hard this year. Previously you could change a couple of players. Not anymore. Here's hoping EA revert chemistry back after a month of nonstop complaints

It seems to me that it is the opposite, you will have more opportunities to put the players there and when the SBC goes, you do not have to dig the whole team and link the players on yourself, this is a great improvement for me that you can have more players from different leagues.

Quite the opposite. At best you can switch one player of any position to fit the new player in, even if you had zero links for him before. In the past you would have to switch a player from a specific position, which could mess the chemistry for something else. This new system seems way better in terms of flexibility

You say that manager gives 1 for country 1 for league but modric and vini stays on 2 chem

The manager gives 1 point for nationality and 1 point for league, he doesn't give a 1 star bonus like you might think. That 1 point adds to the chart presented at the beginning of the video. Vini and Modric dont get higher in chem because after adding the manager, as you can see in the top right chart, that 1 point for league is not eniugh the satisfy that criteria.

Ovvy what happens if I start Rafa Leao at LW or LM on full chemistry pre game .. but then in game I switch him to play ST or RW? Neither of them are alternate positions for Leao. So does he keep his full stats boost or does he revert to 0 chem because he is now in a position that he cannot play? Thanks
