Swearing and being rude just makes u look immature and reputation will get u further in business than any amount of capital. People want to work with kind people not hot headed people. None of us know anything about his boss but we now know that this young man had resentment building up. That's all I gained from him saying that If his boss treated badly he could've left ages ago. He chose to stay. Everything is a choice is it not.

Perhaps it was just for the film but it’s never a good idea to burn any bridge in life. It’s not a biggy but for me kind of made worse given the situation! I’ve been in a job where I absolutely hated ever second; so I get the need to flip them off, yet in saying that it’s classy to say “I’m not happy, I was treated like crap, see yeah.” ~ there is stoicism in being assertive whilst staying classy. Food for thought. I’m glad your dreams are coming true, work hard, don’t give up when things go wrong, believe in yourself and continue to seek mentors who will guide you on this journey. Imagine if someone does that to him. At some point, that job was a source of his survival. It's important to end well and teach the previous employer a lesson in a good way.
