Most of the time the prices are the same for locals and foreigners but haggling is ok. But please don't think that the prices are a rip off. And most of the time the prices are displayed so it means that the prices are for everybody not just for local. Enjoy!

I have been looking for mangoes in Bacolod just this afternoon, wala, none available it's not mango season, but many lanzones and mangosteen everywhere

around march to may is the season for mangoes. from july to september, we get rambutan, lanzones and lychees.
