When you were building the first Yoshi, the initial shaping looked like hippo jaws, and that gave me an actual sensation of slight fear. They turned out exactly the right amount of menacing. Especially the pink one - it was much more “scalded flesh” than Barbie-like, which added to the whole sense that these guys were actually dangerous. Really nice build.

Fun fact: the "shell" on yoshis back is actually a saddle! but it makes sense for it to be made of a Koopa shell making it indeed a shell/saddle Great work!

This is absolutely fantastic. If there is a sequel to the movie I hope there is a reference to Jurassic world with Mario actually controlling the yoshis similarly to the way Chris Pratt does in Jurassic World. There is a chance it could happen since Universal owns the rights to the Jurassic franchise now.
