I made mixed chicken with veggies on a baking sheet! So delicious that everyone asked for more

A simple yet delicious recipe for chicken drumsticks and veggies for a large family or for multiple meals. Everyone loved this recipe so much I was immediately asked for more. If you don't know what to cook with chicken, use this recipe. Simple, tasty and inexpensive. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
Ingredients and preparation:
1200 g chicken drumsticks and thighs
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon of salt
Black pepper
Drizzle with olive oil
Stir well and let marinate for 15 minutes
1 pepper
Place on a baking sheet
200 grams of mushrooms
1 carrot
Leek (not necessary, just found it in the fridge)
A bunch of parsley
3-4 potatoes
½ teaspoon oregano
Black pepper
Salt
1-2 tablespoons oil for frying
Mix well
Cover with wet parchment paper
Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C
Heat frying pan with oil for frying
Fry chicken over high heat until browned (about 3 minutes)
Add the chicken to the pan, but not all at once to avoid overcrowding the pan
Then turn over and fry for another 2 minutes
1-2 onions
Add onions to pan and sauté until soft
4 cloves of garlic
Fry for another 30 seconds and turn off
After 20 minutes, remove the vegetables from the oven
Add fried onions and garlic
Add the chicken to the vegetables
100 ml sweet chilli sauce
3 tablespoons honey (80 ml)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice
Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables
Bake for another 30-35 minutes at 200°C
100 g lettuce leaves
3 green onions
2 cucumbers
3 boiled eggs
50g cheese (Cheddar, Gouda or whatever you like)
2 tablespoons sour cream or yogurt
½ tablespoon whole grain mustard
Salt
Black pepper
