It’s true! Back in the 80s my hubby and I got into the habit of going to the gym after work. By the time we got there, changed clothes ,did our exercises, showered and got back into our street clothes, we were starving so we went out to dinner…. We weren’t ordering salads either… After a couple of months we had to change our routine because we were undoing all the hard work! Never go to the gym hungry.
