Honestly... everything. I didn't even drink coffee until I went to Italy. But an Italian espresso will change your life. At restaurants, do not ask for water... ask for wine. You don't drink to get wasted, you drink to complement your meal (and the buzz helps you enjoy it, let's be real). I honestly cant recommend one thing to try. Literally everything is delicious, fresh, authentic, the right size portion. They👏simply👏do👏not👏play👏with👏their👏food! Enjoy your trip🥂

I would be interested to see in a blind taste test if Carlo could tell the difference between Italian parmesan cheese and various ones from America. I once had a buddy in college that was hyped on a certain brand of vodka. In a blind test administered from a helpful bartender, we discovered that he couldn't tell his brand at all from the rest.
