I’m from Oklahoma and anytime we go to Texas, stopping at Bucee’s is a MUST!! We love their snacks. Our favorites are their hot sandwiches, burritos, & kettle corn. Highly recommend trying the jerky bar Korean BBQ beef jerky (not the pre-bagged stuff). Also, I was disappointed by the brisket as well, the sauce is way too sweet. The spiced nuts are delicious as well! Also, can we talk about how nice the bathrooms are there?!

Yay! You're in my state! I've still never been to Bucees. I think they're new here. We got a bunch of WaWa's a few years back but they are not as good as the ones in NJ. If you want a less crowded beach, check out cocoa beach/ Melbourne or Ormond Beach. Just drive all of A1A, its so pretty ❤

Its a beaver. That's why you should have tried the beaver nuggets. But the BEST Buc-ees is in Texas! We will have the LARGEST one again very soon. Btw, they let you taste the different jerkies at the jerky counter if you ask. Also, at the fudge counter. I hope you also experienced the bathrooms. They are the cleanest you will find. Now, I am speaking about the Buc-ees in Teas. I've never been to any of the others.

Jerky is a process Carlo. It’s a way to dry meat, they put spices and dry the meat, called jerky. In the very old days, American and Canadian Indians dried Buffalo to eat during winter.

Ok I may or may not have a place yall can try. In Austin, Texas there is a place called L’oca D’oro. It’s a farm to table place. Italian. The chefs family comes from Italy. They research the foods and culture. The switch up the menu all the time. It’s one of the best spots in Austin. I think maybe he could come close to food you have back home.
