1 idea for the pully system is instead of those little wheels to hold the rope at the bottom, is a tractor axle and you cut it in half and then cut the middle of the tire and the rope spins on the rim and the extra tire on the outside can keep the rope from falling off. We currently are using tractor axles with the rims and have worked great. No issues.
