Yes! You should do one for each season that can showcase the amazing nature and activites of each part of the year. Spring bursting forth with new life. Endless summer nights. Harvesting the bounties of autumn. Id love to see some folks working to build a cabin, planting a garden, fishings and foraging and visiting the town for a significant sweedish holiday to show traditions and how they are done in a more remote region.

I loved this idea and vídeo! When is your baby due? Seems like very soon! I’d like to move to northern Sweden for a few months next winter to see how it is… even summer too…. I’d like to know where I can rent a house?. I’m from Ireland and I’m living in USA now but moving back to Mallorca & France asap with my two hounds Louis & Ruthie. How would non Nordic dogs adapt? Does everyone in town speak English? I’m interested in studying Swedish to compare it to Irish as I’ve noticed there’s a few similar words. I really enjoyed watching this event and sharing with my wife who also enjoys watching kalle and his growing family in beautiful Sweden with its raw nature. I am a little jealous but need to be here for our children while they make their start in life as young adults however watching for a few years if kalle can make that leap anyone can. I'm not a fan of the cold but loved Germany in the snow a few winters ago and realise that English snow is not the same as it's not as cold so ends up being ice and slush. I would love to see Sweden and meet kalle & co. The group all seemed to have their own ideas and I enjoyed seeing people share their feelings openly which is refreshing. Keep up the good work. Hopefully we will see you on the next event

I grew up in northern Minnesota. While I didn't partake of going into water (where the ice was chopped off) I have done these things. The cross country skiing. Downhill skiing. Ice skating. Sledding. Walking to school in -20 F weather. Rode on a snowmobile (of a neighbor) Dug a snowcave in my yard. (Elementary school age) I'm glad you had fun. Frozen ice on lakes got to 2 feet or more thick. Others went ice fishing. No thank you to the "ice bathing". I got cold enough doing those other things and thankfully avoided frostbite.....

Great video, I really enjoyed it! I think having it in the fall would be really cool, as the weather would be perfect for most I imagine. Also, having the group tour around different things that Sollefteå offers (restaurants, stores, entertainment options, etc.) would be neat. Or, have "profiles" of people where you interview a few select individuals about where they are from, what they do for work, their family, and why they decided to volunteer for this opportunity. It would be neat to learn more about your next group of people.

Hi Kalle. It was nice of you to show Jonna shop as she is another person we follow on KZbin. We are a couple of Polish living in the UK and are planning to move to the Sweden in a few years to live a peaceful life in this beautiful country surrounded by nature. All the best for you both I would be up for anything, kayaking or wild river rafting in the summer. Hikes in the hills but would also want to try the full on winter adventure. Great Channel

What a great video, Kalle! I’m already coming next summer for whatever plus Urkult! This video was basically my childhood in Canada with XC skiing, snowshoes, snowmobiles, and lots of snow! OMG... Kalle, I absolutely LOVED watching this video. In my personal opinion, this may be your best one yet! I love that you took your group to visit Jonna's new store front, and that everyone had soooo much fun! And the best part that brought tears to my eyes was the surprise that this group had for you and Christine! I am 53 years old (just turned March 9th) and one of my bucket lists is to be a part of one of your followers experiences! My husband would hate it in the winter time because he hates the cold... lol! But any time of the year would be awesome, in my opinion! Thank you for hosting and posting this event!
