It's actually really easy to mass kill sims that arent in your household if you have vampires. Max out the emotional influence perk, release a burst of embarrasment giving all sims in the same room +8 embarrasment, then use drain needs to drain their bladder and force an accident. Instant mortified. Use it in a crowded area like a nightclub for best results!
