There are certain melee attachments for certain weapons you could probably use to get certain camos. You can also grind gun levels without getting any kills with them just with obj points and decoy assists etc. Theres definitely ways for you to get more camos maybe not mastery camos but definitely some cool camos without shooting a bullet.
