Absolutely loved the mutton dish!! I love mutton more than chicken. When you opened the lid of the cooker, I could literally smell the aroma of the gravy!! Yummy! Many bengalis like me, have mutton on Sundays, either with rice for lunch or with puri (we call it luchi) in dinner! You should definitely wear a hanfu and I think you would look wonderful in a red hanfu.

For bony mutton, try slow boiling for at least 1-2 hours with lots and lots of whole garlic and whole fry red chillies. Salt to taste. Bohot Achcha soup banega. Very nutritious too. Try it.

@@RuchiinChina ok but hope you cd change him like he changed you. Also try Nepali style pakku cooked during Dashain/ dushera. All you need is small pieces of fleshy red mutton, put oil and deep fry in black karahi or handi. When almost done add garlic and ginger and pounded cardamom , cinnamon coriander, jawitri etc.fry fry .It doesn't smell.also too many ingredients not needed and you can eat gor whole week cz fried.use mustard oil.This dish is called pakku or kawaf here in Nepal. Very delicious

Actually Rajasthan mutton curry isn't like that , I know u r also rajasthani but I think in mutton curry there should be a small layer of oil nd tomato is never added like what you added and I think you need to stir fry the mutton piece for long time nd most importantly haldi mirchi nd namak should be added before mutton for a exotic taste !
