Try using variable gravity, where the gravity is lower when the player is going up and higher when the player is falling, to create smoother jump arcs and quicker landings. holy is this video ever stretched to hell for that ad revenue I mean almost a whole minute at the end is just a black screen this is a 9 minute video for a video game that can easily be fit into a 4 minute video (with plenty of jokes still) I really thought that the game would at least have trains (even if stationary), coins or special items, but no, 9 minutes of jokes that sometimes stick the landing, barely any MAKING of the game, the thing that is in the title and unfunny "milking the viewer for watch time" jokes. These jokes could be funny if they were brief and done once per video, but this is just too much, this is actual watch time milking. And for everyone saying "welcome back dani"... Did we watch the same dani??? Now of course I don't mean any actual hate here, I am just disappointed that this is how low the bar is to be called The New Dani. But I am happy that younger people (even if slightly inexperienced) are making game devlogs (I guess this isn't a devlog because it's only one part? Close enough). I do wish you all the best and I hope you will become a great developer and a popular youtuber :3

I just think it’s kind of weird that the first thing you do when you watch someone is become a 5-star critic it sounds like you’re just a hater 😂 And I watched your videos and they are not bad but I could say you’re inexperienced also and some of your jokes aren’t funny, so it’s kind of hypocritical that you think you know enough about making videos that you can come and tell someone everything they did wrong.🤷‍♂️ (But that’s just my opinion)

@@ogtrool2688 I never said that my opinion is valid, I only said the flaws I was pointing out were valid (I meant that the "criticisms of the flaws were valid" but I forgot to add that when I was responding to you). Unlike what you assumed, this isn't the first thing I did. First I watched some of his other videos days before he released this one, subscribed, enjoyed my time here and THEN I posted that wall of text, after which I joined his discord server to be notified whenever he posts more. And there is a difference between constructive criticism and being a hater. If I was a hater I'd just watch the first 2 minutes, skim through the rest, leave a comment like "bad video", leave a dislike, and leave. But I didn't. I watched the whole thing, gave it a like and wrote down my thoughts about it, because I have a good point of comparison (his other videos). At this point you decided to go through my channel, so let's take a look at that. You said I'm inexperienced, which is true, however none of my criticisms were about his inexperience, because he has already made videos better than this one, so I don't see how it applies to our discussion. Jokes are a matter of taste, everyone has a different sense of humor, and so my criticism wasn't about the fact that the jokes themselves aren't funny, but rather about what stops them from being fun (in this case, frequent over-use of the "milking for watch time"), but I do see it could be very easy to misinterpret, especially when English isn't my first language so some of my explanations and sentence construction might be shaky at times. And no, it's not hypocritical to notice flaws and point them out, if it was, then only the people at the very top of their respective crafts would be allowed to criticize without being called "hypocritical". Matter of fact, I bet you watched some movie at some point and didn't like it. Whether it was bad writing, bad acting or anything else, however, I wouldn't call you a hypocrite for criticizing that movie, even though I highly doubt you have the necessary skills, knowledge and patience to make a better movie.
