I was doing varre’s quest at lv 20 something doing invasions and every single invasion was against gank squads with end game gear. It didn’t matter to me as I just needed to get to mogh but it made me wonder why anyone would bother invading just to play against that shite. I always found it annoying to get invaded in dark souls but could understand the appeal of it. In elden ring it is just a waste of time

The Antspur rapier is actually OP. Inate status buildup, can be buffed, and can use AOW. Absolutely savage. I like Blood Flame with the Piercing Fang AOW to close distance and bust through shields. Amazing sword honestly.

The first invasion got me thinking of something semi randomly. Shouldn't phantom slash be arcane? Spectral lance is the only other "spectral" weapon art so you might as well combine them given like.... How many arc ashes are there compared to quality ashes. It's just a missed opportunity for both building diversity and internal consistency.
