First, I’m so used to patreon scrolls happening at the end of videos that it took a second to reconcile that the fact that the video wasn’t over yet. That’s said, I actually like placing it over the montages. Perfect spot for them. Showcases the names without being distracting or relegating them to the end where people might have already clicked away. Second, the wild number of people already subscribed to patreon after only a week is… not surprising at all. Very well deserved. Keep up the great work, Jazza!

He did paint it to look like smoke tho, but still a creative idea on his part, the only thing that would've made it better was to add some smoke to the background. Not sure how to accomplish that in a realistic way unfortunately

I absolutely love the blend of techniques you've showcased. It sparked an idea in me that could potentially address the challenge of illuminating the foreground elements while leaving the background mirror unlit. I'm not entirely certain if it'll pan out, but you've got all the necessary tools to give it a shot. Laser engrave the shape of Balrog and Gandalf onto the acrylic surface and then add LEDs along the edges of the acrylic plates. This way, you'd achieve a selective illumination effect, where only the engraved design lights up. To get a better idea of what I mean, just do a quick Google search for "acrylic light." After that, you could apply slightly translucent paints over the engraved area and paint the backside black to prevent light bleed. You could even take it a step further and incorporate some creative touches, like making the staff's tip glow by engraving only without paint.

It's amazing and gorgeous! The artistic work of Jazzа is as always on top! Plus, a very unusual and cool vibe is caught due to this kind of picture! Because the drawing is very similar to the drawing in games or movies, when memories are shown, etc.! By type: "A long time ago in the kingdom... " And there's a hand-drawn flashback in this style! In general, Jazza's final thanksgiving song to his Patreons is DIVINE! Very cute and cool! I love this! ❤

Jazza, I just discovered your channel a month ago, and haven't looked back. You are my Bob Ross (rest in peace) to calm my days. Thank you. This channel has really inspired me-I write, a slightly different artistic medium, but the principles remain-dabble and dive. Experiment! Congrats with the Patreon 🎉 this probably won’t be seen but your videos really helped me be open to my creativity again. I stopped going to school when I was 6 years old and drawing was one of the only consistent things I had in my life and after I started working I put that part of myself away. By some luck I found your videos and just adored your humor and the way you unabashedly say how much you love your art made me feel like I could love something I create too. For the first time in over 10 years I started drawing again. Thanks Jazza 💕

Idea for future projects like this: Use fluorescent colors for the foreground and light them up with UV light. I think the Balrog's fire and Gandalf's staff actually glowing would have taken this to a whole new level. That being said, awesome project as it is!

This would be cool to try with like, action figures, or 3D prints. Have a balrog that's more like a bas relief, flat on the back, and glue it to the acrylic. Airbrush the back with Vantablack/Musso Black/ Black 3.0 so nothing reflects. Then, get some blacklight paints in oranges yellows and reds and use those to paint flames. Use secondary UV LEDS to get the fire to glow, but not really mess with the lighting needed for the infinity effect. Then get your Gandalf set up and painted as usual. The glowing UV paints will cast a hellish glow on his front. Extra points if you rig up his staff with yet another tiny LED to shine on the balrog's front.

I’ve been a fan for years now. I love the many forms of creation that you explore! I have just one critique of your lighting for the infinite Moria. hey jazza! i got it in my head to see what you were up to - you were probably my favorite art youtuber when i was in middle school (along with vexx, drawingwiffwaffles, superraedizzle, kasey golden, etc.). good to see you're still doing well, and that your work is just as incredible as i remember! (admittedly, i was a little bit worried about the sponsor being betterhelp. they may have gotten better since their controversy, but it was a huge problem. there were concerns over privacy breaches and whether some of the "therapists" in their positions were actually licensed. again, maybe things have improved, but just wanted to mention some concerns)
