Every tournament since 2021, a top-2 seed has lost in the first round to a team with a phallic/euphemistic name. ORAL Roberts (15) over OH State (2) in 2021, St. PETERS (15) in 2022 over UK (2), and Farleigh DICKinson (16) over Purdue (1) in 2023. Houston is COOKED against LONGWOOD.

Creighton has 3 players that can light it up. All averaging over 17 ppg. Two are seniors and the other is a junior. What they do lack is depth - only 6 players who avg. double digit minutes. Have wins over UConn, Marquette and Alabama on the resume. I can't see them losing in the round of 32. Furthermore because of the weakness of that bottom bracket they have a very good shot of reaching the elite eight. Maybe you're right on Oregon I don't know much about them. But we'll see. Purdue will not go out like chumps. They're just way too good. Solid wins over Gonzaga, Tennessee, Marquette, Arizona and Alabama. 3 of their 4 losses were within 4 points. Only 1 double digit loss to Nebraska. I got them coming out of that bracket with relative ease.
