Its actualy possible! If you have a suspicious eye and if you use it when you see the "you feel an evil presence watching you" text. You can fight pre-hardmode twins! (not rlly)

I had some concepts i wanted to tell you about for the eye of cthullhu and one happened mid fight and it needed you to keep staring ( if you dont click for 0.5 seconds you basicly close your eye) by clicking on an eye( you cant attack or heal or look away for 5 seconds) if you fail you cant see anything for the time left of the staring

if this is meant to be used with boss list, they should be called eyes of cthulu, and it should be three, since the moonlord has three eyes.

The moonlord is a close realtive to cthulu but not actually cthulu because cthulu was defeated by the dryads with only one remaining. So cthulu is dead kinda with his body parts and such spread out we can tell pretty easily actually because the brain of cthulu is red and moonlords is green same with the eyes

So the twins but not machine, this makes sense, after all, the twins *are* a recreation of the eyes of cthullhu made by the mechanist (if i recall my terraria lore) so there being two eyes just like the twins are two, makes sense. Then again, moon lord has 3, so, maybe all of them need a rework and become 3 instead of two, lol Next boss: the triplets!

If I recall the lore correctly the servants of cthulhu that the EOC spawns are said to be young demon eyes. So servants of cthulhu would be better.

It's possible to get to 2 eye of cthulhu in vanilla, all you have to do is wait a naturally spawning one and then use the suspicious eye right the other one spawn
