Well, some of the weapons are good if you're running their particular class, but melee is still the best class by a long shot, and the only good melee weapon you can get from OOA is the Flying Dragon. Also a large amount of the items are sentry based, and sentries are pretty useless outside of OOA.

I don't have a very high opinion of them. I don't think they're objectively bad, but it feels like with most of the boss reworks, especially in Infernum, just don't feel inspired, like the creator couldn't think of any interesting ideas and opted to make a pretty standard bullet hell instead of a unique fight. I also think Infernum relies way too much on flashy shaders to make its bosses appealing

@@portalmech4770 Tbf some of these Infernum reworks are really fun to play with. Specifically Hive Mind feels great to fight! Really a pain to get through tho. ...but uh, I get you about the shaders, it *actually makes it really hard to figure out some hitboxes!* For the same Hive Mind rework, it has a flamethrower dash attack along the bottom of the screen. The flamethrower is done using a shader, but apparently its hitbox is really unintuitive. Sometimes, it'll hit you when you didn't even collide with the shader at all. It's an invisible hitbox without the shader. TL;DR Hive Mind's attack shaders are incorrectly aligned with the hitbox itself. Pre-Hardmode bosses are in such a state that they're kinda janky at random points and good at others. Except Desert Scourge and Eye of Cthulhu. They're pretty good! Hardmode is more polarizing, but the Twins are the best in my opinion! O my god I love fighting Infernum Twins. They're AMAZING! Tho there's one fight that I believe to be *objectively bad.* ...Infernum Eater of Worlds can get Noxus Sprayed, get it the hell out of my sight.

@@pyroball602 Yeah, I think the Twins are pretty good, if not a little bit [beertrash] at times. It's been a long time since I've looked at Hive Mind, but from my last look I'd say base Calamity Hive Mind is more charming, and one of the few bosses that I don't think needs an update.
