This dinner recipe is a family favorite. I will be making crispy chicken cutlets and creamy chipotle pasta. This is a great chicken recipe and easy pasta dish. This is gonna be good!

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs boneless chicken breast
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp granulated onion powder
1 tsp cracked black pepper
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
PASTA INGREDIENTS
1 lb Penne pasta
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp tomato paste
2 Tbsp chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce
1/3 to 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
*reserve 1/2 cup pasta water to add a little to the pasta sauce
1 to 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste

You lost me when you added the onions. Sometimes people go crazy with onions. I'm allergic to onions. I'll try to make some kind of substitution to make up for the bulk of the onion... *big gusty sigh* Such is my life. 🙁
