I think they look great! If the white stitching really bothers you, you could always buy a thin paint pen and just draw the stitches on to the ribbon. Can’t wait to see what you do next!

I love the sheep's expressions a lot, they're so lively! It would have been really cool to have sheep with heads like this as an actual toy. Also LOVE the solution you came up with for the button, it just works perfectly! Also, protips for the running stitch you were trying to do on her belt from a sewist that's been hand embroidering for like..... a long time lmao faster straighter easier running stitches: keeping your needle on the top side of your fabric, tilt the pointy end of it down and pick up a few threads of your fabric, then tilt it back up so the tip of the needle is back on the top side of the fabric, move those caught fabric threads back up your needle and repeat about 3-4 times, gathering your fabric up your needle each time, then fully pull your needle and thread through. It's 3x as fast, you get neater straighter lines of stitches, it's easier to back out of potential mistakes (just drop the last few fabric threads off the tip of your needle before you pull your needle through), and you get to have a lot more control. Look up "sashiko" stitching for videos of a scaled-up version of this. 3-4ish stitches at a time works better at a smaller scale though, take too many and you'll snap your thread trying to pull it through too many wrinkles of fabric at once, run into tension issues, or tangle your thread. (and tangles are the MOST time and patience consuming things possible!) Also, pinning one end of a project to something heavy and then holding the fabric taut with one hand while sewing with the other is a MASSIVE help. It basically gives you a third hand to control the tension of the fabric you're working on and has saved me massive amounts of hand strain. Bernadette Banner has a good video demonstration on this. (the video was titled something to do with hand sewing I think?) Hope that's helpful! :)

Sometimes you can add the effect of stitching onto doll clothes by using white paint and just dabbing on the stripes with a super thin brush, is easier than real miniature stitching.

white stitching on ribbons like that is really old-fashioned, i think. Sometimes you can see ribbons that have white spots like stitching that are printed onto the fabric, but since you already have the ribbon cut and attached to Bo Peep it would be much easier to take a paint pen (maybe even puffy paint?) to the doll if you were planning to go that route... But, who knows what will come into stock in the future!

To be fair, the darker paint in the curls rubbing off over the years would probably be more realistic, that is if they didn't fill up with dirt, so although it's not 100% accurate, yours can be considered better than the movie model.

something that ive never seen a toy story replica creator do is recreate the unique toys from the toy story 3 video game (xbox/ps3) theres alot that are very nostalgic to me so it would be so cool to see them made :) examples include the townspeople toys, the gargoyles, and the bandits. you may even be able to get the 3D models online somewhere since they are from a game.

If you ever bo peep as seen toy story 1 and 2, a good base for the head would be the "ugly face" Sailor moon dolls from Irwin toys. Just scan the face shape with the hair removed. (Also, a good way to remove a doll's head without damaging the neck peg would be dunking the head in hot water to soften the vinyl, if you haven't already done that since I'm only a little bit through the video)
